MOSA's Covid-19 Response Plan

MOSA’s Values: Service, Relationships, Quality, Optimism

The efforts to control the spread of Covid-19 has forced rapid change on us all. In these unprecedented times, MOSA is continually adapting our operations and business protocols to meet health recommendations, regulatory requirements and, most importantly, our support of MOSA clients and staff. Now, more than ever, we must strive to live up to our values of service, relationships, quality, and optimism. It’s time to stick together, be flexible, stay calm, and support each other through this crisis.

MOSA’s certification services will continue...safely.

MOSA is fully operational and will continue to provide our high level of certification services. We are taking steps to help minimize the impact of COVID-19 on our staff, clients, families, and community. Health and safety are our highest priorities.

To address the risk of COVID-19, MOSA has closed our office to the public and most staff are working from their homes. We have spent the last few years investing in technology and training that allows staff to do their jobs anywhere, anytime. With mutual flexibility, we are ready to assist you from our home offices by phone and email. All of our usual email addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses will work as normal. Please reach out to us with any questions.

What about inspections?

The NOP has not waived the requirement of the annual inspection. We are being proactive, and sensitive to the needs and concerns of our clients and inspectors, while still ensuring organic integrity and complying with any restrictions set by our local, state and federal governments. We will determine inspection needs on a case-by-case basis. Please contact MOSA with any concerns, or to update us about new changes that may affect your annual inspection. We will update all clients if the NOP makes any changes or variances to the annual inspection requirement.

We are committed to providing excellent service to you.

We are committed to supporting each client as the impacts of COVID-19 unfold. We will continue to help you with Cost Share reimbursements or to set up payment plans. We will continue to monitor the situation and communicate with you in a timely and transparent way. We will continue to provide you with practical, friendly, and reliable certification services.

Stay safe, be vigilant, and remember that prevention is better than cure. Wishing you good luck and good health.
