The NOSB invites public comments that address topics on the Fall 2019 meeting agenda.

Deadlines: To be considered during the Fall 2019 Meeting, written comments and requests for oral comment speaking slots must be received by 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time, October 3, 2019.
