National Organic Program Correction of OLPS Effective Date Under Congressional Review Act (CRA)

The USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) has published a document to correct the effective date in the Organic Livestock and Poultry Standards (OLPS) final rule (88 FR 75394), which was published on November 2, 2023. The new effective date for the OLPS final rule is January 12, 2024.
